Women of Distinction - Jeanne Mowlds
Executive Director Jeanne Mowlds executed the launch of The Electronic Document Systems Foundation in 1996. Between 1996 and through 2007, she developed and oversaw the education programs and research development, and managed the fundraising, marketing and administration of the Foundation. Prior to EDSF, Mowlds was vice president of new business and product development and management for the SEQUOR Group of Security Pacific National Bank and held management positions at computer software companies Ashton-Tate and Quarterdeck Office Systems. Her earlier career was in education as director, principal, college instructor and teacher. Mowlds received her BS from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse and her MS from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She completed post-graduate work at Loyola College in Baltimore, and completed the UCLA Executive Management Program in Los Angeles, Calif. Mowlds is a member of the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF) and the Accrediting Council for Collegiate Graphics Communications (ACCGC) board of directors.
