Keenie McDonald began her IBM career in Little Rock, Ark. as a sales representative. In 1995, she led the worldwide re-engineering of IBM’s customer satisfaction, relationship management and opportunity management process. Later, she became the vice president for Western-area product sales, responsible for IBM’s line of hardware products in 11 states. She was ranked No. 1 in sales growth during the two years she served in that role. McDonald also held various other positions at IBM, including executive assistant to IBM Chairman and CEO, Lou Gerstner. She was also vice president, IBM Global Services, where she developed IBM’s global market segmentation and offering strategy for small and medium businesses. In 2001, McDonald was the managing director for Prudential Financial, working across all IBM brands and services to help Prudential harness the full power of IBM to deliver competitive advantage. Today, as general manager of IBM’s Printing Systems Division, McDonald has worldwide responsibility for the development, marketing, sales and service of IBM printing products and solutions.
