In 1994, after Elvire Del Fondo graduated from business school with an emphasis in human resources, she joined Kodak as a major account rep within the Imaging Division. In 1997, after three years of successful business achievement, she joined manpower France (a famous staffing firm), where she created the first graphic industry recruiting program, whose primary industry mandate was assisting Xerox in implementing its facility management service division, formerly known as XBS. Four years later, in 2001, she created her recruiting company, audigny consulting. In 2003, she extended her business scope with audigy formation, a professional training entity. Both organizations specialize in professional training and digital printing techniques, such as publishing and reprography). Today, Del Fondo is fully committed to institutional investors and major companies (Xerox, Ricoh, Docapost and Pitney Bowes), to create training programs for reintegrating job seekers.
