Christina (Chris) Echevarría started her career in the printing world by selling film and plates for Eastman Kodak. From there, she moved into web offset and inkjet presses, market and competitive analysis, event management, product and segment marketing and customer experience management. Being fluent in three languages has come in handy for Chris’ interactions with customers worldwide. She served for three years as the chairwoman for PRIMIR, in addition to seven years of active study participation. Along the way, she earned her MBA in Global Management and her Customer Experience Management certification in 2014. As a blogger for the “The Printerverse,” Echevarría addresses important topics in the customer experience arena as it pertains to the graphic arts industry. She also enjoys the challenges of an industry that continues to change and re-invent itself.
